Siblings joined in
As we begin 2018 with joy in our hearts, we can’t help but look back and stand in awe of our wee preschoolers. December 5th 2017 Children’s House Preschool participated for our third year in a row in our Boulder’s Lights of December Parade. Alumni and currently attending preschoolers and their siblings faced the dark and the cold and rode the one mile course on their decorated bikes. Our youngest rider was a sibling, at 21 months.
Our preschoolers are small in stature and big in heart demonstrating just how big you can dream. We would like to thank all the families that attended the event and a personally thank you to Nigel Wang of University of Colorado Photography Club for capturing the event in photos. Children who had their own bikes, Striders and scooters, brought them along. Thanks to the amazing generosity of the Strider Foundation donating 18 Strider bikes to Children’s House Preschool all children had something to ride. Some children decorated their Striders with lights, bows, tinsel, ribbons and gift wrapping paper. We look forward to our next adventures on our Striders.
